Description

The registrar (thermograph) DR-203 is intended for control of temperature at transportation of goods and their storage in refrigerators, containers and warehouses. Recorder with built-in printer and USB port for installation in the driver’s cab. Due to its small size and compact design, it is ideal for everyday use. The set includes a car holder for mounting the device in the driver’s cab and a car charger.

The DR-203 recorder is made in a small ergonomic case with a modern graphic display and a built-in thermal printer. It is powered by a built-in battery that allows you to work without a charger for up to 48 hours. With it, companies and carriers can monitor, archive and document the temperature at each stage of the supply chain and storage of goods.

The recorder can be equipped with 4 channels of measurement of temperature and 4 signal channels with sensors of opening of a door (optionally on demand). Each sensor has a built-in temperature sensor and the ability to connect a door opening sensor (optional) and a second temperature sensor on the cable. Due to this, the sensor can, for example, be installed directly in the refrigerator and measure the ambient temperature, as well as further measure the second temperature using a cable probe inserted into the refrigerator. After connecting the door restriction sensor, you can signal and register each opening of the camera door. The sensors are adapted to work in harsh environmental conditions (low temperatures, high humidity) with a degree of protection IP-65.
Built-in memory allows you to store 125,000 measurements (memory: 3 years with a memory frequency of 15 minutes). The data storage interval can be set from 1 minute to 24 hours. When there is no free space left, the recorder works in a loop, and the oldest samples are overwritten with new measurements.

The registrar can work in one of two modes:

• continuous temperature registration
• registration only during the course.

In the first mode, the device records the measurements all the time and can store the data even after the recorder is turned off (if the Auto-Off = NO parameter) or the connection with the radio sensors is lost. This is possible thanks to the sensor cache (1000 measurements), which stores data in its own memory and replenishes them after reconnection with the recorder.

In the second case, the registration process is turned on / off by the “Start / Stop” button, which starts the process of starting and ending the course. During operation, the recorder displays the current temperature from the sensors, time and alarm messages.

The options menu is divided into two groups:

• basic for the driver
• advanced for service technician

Access to the service technician menu can be password protected. After entering the password, the data can be deleted, and all settings are restored to factory settings.
The device has a built-in USB port that allows you to store data from the recorder’s memory on a USB drive. In addition, the recorder can be equipped with a Bluetooth interface for communication with mobile devices. Thanks to the built-in thermal printer you can document the process of temperature registration.

The free application for mobile devices allows you to easily control the device from the smartphone screen and allows you to:

• sending SMS messages and sending reports by e-mail.

This allows you to track and manage your entire fleet from a web browser.
